BBA is defined as "deferred payment sale". BBA involves the sale & purchase transactions between the bank and the customer. Under this concept, customers may defer total payment of the property in installments over a specific period of time.

- 2 years BE From with tax receipt duly acknowledged by LHDN or e-BE Form acknowledged by LHDN
For Self Employed
- 2 year Form B wth tax receipt acknowledged by LHDN
- Latest 6 months bank statement for personal & company accounts
- Business registration
- Borang D / Form 24 & 49
- Audited financial statement of business
